Refund policy

Open purchase, 30 days

You have the right to return your order and receive a full refund within 30 days of receiving the item. The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging. Gift cards and engraved items cannot be returned or refunded. You start your return on the Returns and right of withdrawal page.

Right of withdrawal, 14 days

Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. You invoke it by filling in the form above and selecting the withdrawal option. Your jewellery is covered by the right of withdrawal even though it is made after your order. The exception is personalised items, for example engraving or a design created specifically to your requirements. You invoke the right of withdrawal by filling in the form on the Returns and right of withdrawal page and selecting the withdrawal option.

When you cancel a purchase, you pay the cost of returning the item, just as with an ordinary return. The item must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you notify us. A refund is always issued after the item has been returned and inspected. We then refund the full amount to your original payment method, no later than 14 days after we receive your notification.

Size change

If your ring doesn't fit, we will resize it for you free of charge within 60 days of receiving it. You pay the shipping to us, and we cover the shipping back to you. After 60 days, a small fee applies. In our size change guide you will find the whole process step by step, with prices, delivery time, and help measuring the right size. A fault or damage to your jewellery

Every piece is handmade and therefore unique. Small variations are natural and part of each piece. If something is nonetheless wrong, we are here to help. If the item appears to have been damaged in transit, get in touch as soon as you can and we will sort it out quickly. If the item has an original manufacturing fault, you have the right to make a complaint under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. Contact us and we will help you further.

How to send the item back

Include a note with your contact details. We recommend a trackable service, for example PostNord Home Small Prio or Rek (registered mail), and shipping insurance if needed. You are responsible for the return shipping and for the item arriving safely, so keep your receipt until the refund is complete.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will get in touch by email. If everything is in order, the refund is made to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

If your refund hasn't appeared yet

If you haven't received your refund yet, start by checking your bank account again. It can take a few days before a refund appears among your transactions, often 2 to 5 days. Then contact your bank or card issuer, as it sometimes takes time before the refund is officially registered.
