Step 1) Cut a thin piece of paper or thread and wrap it gently around your finger. You can also use a string or measuring tape to measure the circumference of your finger. Important: Tighten the paper or string so that it is secure but can still be removed like a ring. This is to avoid the ring becoming too large.
Step 2) Mark where the paper or wire meets
