Ring resizing

Doesn't your ring fit quite the way you hoped? No problem. Because every ring is handmade in our atelier in Stockholm, we can adjust the size for you so it fits just right. Here's how it works.

Free resizing within 60 days

If your ring doesn't fit, we will resize it free of charge within 60 days of receiving it. You only pay the shipping to us, and we always cover the shipping back to you. After 60 days we charge a small fee, see the price list below.

How it works

  1. Find out your size. If you already know which size you want, state it in your email. If you're unsure, we'll send you a ring sizer free of charge, so you can measure at home and email us your size. Our size guide shows you how to measure.
  2. Email us. Send an email to info@nudestockholm.se with the subject line "Return for size change". Include your order number, the ring's current size, and the size you want (or that you'd like a ring sizer).
  3. Send in the ring. Pack the ring well and send it tracked to the address below. Include a note with your contact details.
  4. We resize it and send it back. Once we've received the ring, it usually takes just 3 to 4 days before it's on its way back to you.

Tip: if you need a ring sizer, you can send the ring back at the same time as we send the sizer to you. That way we already have the ring when your size comes in and can start right away.

What does it cost?

Within 60 days the resizing is free, you only pay the shipping to us. After 60 days the following price list applies:

Silver rings with a stone: SEK 600
Plain silver rings: SEK 100

We cover the shipping back to you, no matter when you send in the ring.

Include a note with your contact details and your order number. We recommend a trackable shipping service. If you are in Sweden, you can use a PostNord agent with Home Small Prio or Rek (registered mail). If you are shipping from another country, please use a trackable service from your local post office or courier. Add shipping insurance if needed. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit, so trackable shipping is important.

Vanliga frågor

Det behöver du inte. Om ringen är rätt för dig men har fel storlek är det enklare att låta oss justera den. Du slipper lägga en ny order, du behåller just din ring och har den tillbaka inom några dagar.

När vi tagit emot din ring tar själva storleksändringen oftast bara 3 till 4 dagar, sedan skickar vi tillbaka den. Vid hög orderingång kan det ta något längre, och då hör vi av oss till dig.

Alla våra ringar går att storleksändra, även de med stenar.
